Suggestion

Please add a optional config that can decide if jei creates new config when server ip changed, this will set true by default. when false, jei will not create a new bookmark.ini even if server ip changed(But server name the same). For example, I created a server in multiplayer named My Server, ip was 1.1.1.1, then I changed ip to 2.2.2.2 but not changed the name, jei will not create a new bookmark for this server world.
This config can give convenience to users that play servers which do not have a stable ip and change frequently(commonly happen within game between friends)
