Steps to Reproduce the Crash

I've been making a custom modpack for Minecraft 1.21.1 using NeoForge 21.1.174 as the modloader. After updating JEI through the CurseForge App, I started getting a crash on startup. The error code on the Minecraft Launcher mentions getting a config before the config has loaded.

I've found that if I use JEI 19.21.1.305, everything works fine, but if I update past that version (19.21.1.307,19.21.1.308,19.21.1.310), that's when I get the crash.

Got it to crash again to get the error message from the Minecraft Launcher. It reads as follows:

The game crashed: unexpected error
Error: java.lang.IllegalStateException: Cannot get config value before config is loaded.

Not sure if it helps, but I hope it does.
