[Crash]: Crash to Desktop when I open any inventory

Steps to Reproduce the Crash
I have no other mods installed outside JEI, When I open any inventory, the game crashes.

jei-1.21.5-neoforge-21.3.0.17.jar

This is a duplicate of #4003
It was caused by a breaking change in the NeoForge beta here: neoforged/NeoForge#2260
It has been fixed in JEI version 21.3.1
