[Bug]: Ingredient list background draws over status effect in inventory

Steps to Reproduce the Bug
Turn on the ingredient list background and shift it to the left, using these lines in the config:
[IngredientList]
HorizontalAlignment = LEFT
DrawBackground = true Give yourself a status effect: /effect give @s minecraft:glowing 100 0 true
Expected Behavior
The status effect display to render above the background
