[Bug]: JEI 1.12.2, no crafting recipies AT ALL

Steps to Reproduce the Bug
- Open Inventory
- click button bound to open recipe and/or uses
Expected Behavior
The recipes tab or uses tab opens, showing crafting recipes from various forms of crafting
Actual Behavior
The recipes tab does not show crafting recipes, it shows modded crafting forms, but does not show how to craft them, the uses tab does not show all recipes, only showing a few

I have tried removing mods related to JEI, installing alternative mods, installing submods to JEI, downgrading the version of JEI, messing with settings, and more. I am having fun with modded minecraft but can not use 3/4 of the mods I have installed because I don't know the recipes and they are not online, please help
