Steps to Reproduce the Bug

1. Install JEI on 1.21.8
2. That's it. No other mods.

Expected Behavior

UI appears fully on screen

Actual Behavior

UI appears only partially onscreen, and hovering to the left of items shows the tooltip.

This can occur if you have the built in minecraft recipe book open at the same time, closing that should resolve this.
