Steps to Reproduce the Bug

Steps to reproduce, and please do them, I cant do anything, hence why im posting this here now.

Download ATM10 version 4.4

Update ALL of the mods in the pack to newest version(optional)

paste these 304 mods into the mods folder, they are MY additions to atm10, and have previously worked 100% fine with JEI, loading within 100 milliseconds atm version 3.0, 3.2, and 4.0.
Below is my modlist, I know its a lot, but please. help me, My game is entirely unplayable
modlist.txt
newest version of each mod too

update neoforge to newest version

launch, observe loading time of 98-130 depending on hardware

create new world, observe datapack loads in 35-55 depending on hardware

Actually create new world, observe logfile for when JEI starts registering recipes, specfically looking for JEI:minecraft, JEI: generator galore, JEI:sophisticatedstorageinmotion, JEI:neoforge_gui, unsure if there are others

Observe the world takes 300-500 seconds to launch and be created

Expected Behavior

Following the steps, JEI should load normally in a matter of milliseconds per registry of mod content. you can do this with ATM10 version 3.0, 3.2 and 4.0 and observe it is not a prominent problem in those version of the modpack.

PLEASE, help me

Actual Behavior

It takes entirely took long to load, and the logfiel knows it as well, Ive pasted my own logfile here so you can see exactly what youre looking for

Mod Pack URL (Optional)

https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/modpacks/all-the-mods-10/files/6763727

Mod Pack Version (Optional)

4.4

Extra Notes (Optional)

Unknown workaround, fix, or even culprit. I am unable to understand the cause of this. it makes no sense as this wasnt a problem with atm10 version 3.0 or 3.2, even with over the amount of 300+ mods I mention now, it was fine with a total of 900 mods, but now? and its been shaved off by now

Theres also just over 100000 items it registers

The logfile below is of me preparing to create a new world, creating a new world entirely, quitting the world and then exiting the game.
