[Bug]: the items in JEI have incorrect durability

Tool durability is normal.

Only version 19.22.1.316 has this bug.

running EMI over JEI fixed the issue in creative menu. not ideal, but a workaround I am using until mezz can make a fix

if you have modernfix installed, the incorrect durability also shows up in the creative tabs (also in 1.21.1)
