Steps to Reproduce the Bug

Have tried downloading and redownloading the mod and JEI refuses to show things like leather and clay, preventing a number of items from being difficult to discover or determine what all something from a mob can be used for in a modpack.

Expected Behavior

Leather and Saddles (example) are in JEI, even if not craftable.

Actual Behavior

leather and saddles (example) are not in JEI menu.
