Steps to Reproduce the Bug

I download the config mod to help config the row and column max. When I change the maxes and save, nothing changes. Is there a fix to this? I also tried opening the config files and manually changing it and nothing happens as well.

Expected Behavior

Column and row max should change

Actual Behavior

Column and row max do not change from pre set
