Steps to Reproduce the Bug

1. I open up the JEI menu with all the items and their recipies. 2. I input text 3. The text is unable to be erased via the use of the backspace key. It seems to be only the menu because when I do it in the vanilla chat backspacing still works.

Expected Behavior

I am able to backspace text when backspaced.

Actual Behavior

I am unable to backspace any text.

I was going to report this, but you can't delete anything you write in the search bar.

It also says to "install JEI on the server" on singleplayer

Fresh instance with only Fabric API & JEI commit 317ebbb on Prism Launcher

Potentially due to this error
