Steps to Reproduce the Bug
forge：1.20.1 47.1.39
Enable the history function, normal query but not add bookmarks, can not be normal interaction history of items, add any items to the bookmarks normal operation, the history function is normal.
In short, bookmarks must have something history function to function properly
Expected Behavior
Bookmarks with no content can also use the history function normally
Actual Behavior
The history function is recorded as normal, but can not be interacted with, such as query recipe and usage
