In my modpack, I removed some unused mods and it break some world blocks. I dunno why this happens, but Faint Amaranth from Astral Sorcery turned in a Buildcraft block and Coal Generator from Actually Additions turned in stairs from a mod.

Blame Forge. This is not BF's fault.
