Biomes defaulting to plains

When using JustEnoughID's after every world pre-generation mostly all biomes default to plains biomes.
I have used multiple different pre-generators with all the same effect. I tried using NotEnoghID's to reproduce however the biomes are generated fine. Changing to NEI is not an option due to running a server with a specific modpack that uses JustEnoughID's.
