Can I use textures from the mod for custom items in my modpack? Due to conflicts with the trinkets mod I can't use jewelry.

Jewelry mod comes with ARR license, no redistribution of any form is allowed.
If Jewelry is included in your modpack manifest, and gets downloaded with the modpack, you are free to use its content in game however you like.
