Translating to russian language

I suggest adding Russian localization to the mod and I'm ready to help with the translation. That`s all

I made a Russian language file, but I don't know how to include it in the mod, when I put it inside the mod in the "lang" folder it doesn't work in the game. Attached file to message
I have absolutely no idea about anything related to mod development, however I hope that my help with localization will not be in vain)
