Alright so I might just be stupid and can't figure it out, but I've been experimenting for quite a while now and can't figure out how to make it punch. I read the wiki and it says TA4 can punch, yet no matter what I try it just doesn't want to in-game. Was it removed or something, or is there something specific I haven't tried yet?

For the most part of the stand, if you walk/run and use left click at the same time, your stand will do a burst point shot. Tusk can do that , I tried. But other than that I don't know how tusk can punch
