Imported music made with midi editor plays on single player but doesn't play on the multiplayer server.. im OP on the server and everything .. plays in music sheet after recording but not in music box. self made music plays fine.

this was forge 1.19.2. sorry i totally forgot about this lol

If you still care about this issue, could you tell me the version and whether it is forge or fabric?
