Describe the Addition
Specifically, I would love to see the possibility to override a Quark frog. This one critter is precious to me in mechanic but not in cosmetic. I want to create a model for it but that's so difficult, I haven't found any solution yet. I wonder if this mod might aid me in creating a new resource pack for it (also by letting me create a new model in Blockbench, eventually).
If this is possible already - I don't really need animations apart from a hop which is possibly done by translating the model up- and downwards I assume - is there a tutorial to it? I'd love to know more.

Additional Context
I talked to Quark, EMF and KubeJS devs so far and also asked some people whether I should just make a mod to replace the model and write my own behaviour to mend my issue (have no knowledge with that though). The frog entity by default got no accessible model in the Quark mod file and is not supported in EMF hence I try my luck here.
