No mobs spawning when using MCPC-Plus and JAS.

I originally opened an issue with MCPC-Plus regarding this, considering that everything works fine with a standard Forge installation, but I have been informed that it will have to be handled here.

Original issue with reference to the JAS code where the problem reportedly lies can be found below.
