Can't adjust settings

When I am on the screen that shows how many blocks are needed to build the structure none of the buttons do anything.

Using ATM10 modpack version 0.43

Please turn off EMI with Ctrl+O.
EMI is not supported yet.

Because EMP is not implement latest JEI API yet.
