The primary jar on https://dl.bintray.com/way2muchnoise/dev/jeresources/JustEnoughResources-1.16.4/0.12.0.103/ has two copies of (almost?) every file in it, and the api jar is almost completely empty

Can confirm, API jar is building empty for quite a while.
Currently, it is complicated to use API in development.
