[1.18] Invalid Ore distribution

Forge version: 39.0.3
JEI version: 9.0.0.40
JER version: 0.13.1.136
Expected:
When viewing the recipes for certain ore types, the range should start from -64, since this is the new starting layer of 1.18
Actual:
The ore distribution still starts from 0
