No way to add modded ore gen

I followed the guide for RegionScanner however there's no config file for JER and thus I have no idea where to drop the "world-gen.json" file I created.

What version of JER and modloader are you using? I want to figure out when it is not generating the config file.

any word on this, on 1.20.1 and modded ores dont have a rarity value, anyway to fix
