Feature description

Could you make it so players that are op on the server are ignored by this worldborder?
The main reason why I want to use it on my server is so that I can have a border for players to be able to place admin structures for cloning behind that border. Regular Minecraft border doesn't allow to build on the other side even for admins, so I can't use it this way, without moving back and forth. That's why I thought it would be a good idea to have double border. However, this mod doesn't have any kind of exclusion list or anything similar
