Only two mods active:
- Just Enough Items (JEI) 3.14.7.419
- JustEnoughTooltips 2.1.39
Pressing the show recipe button (Left Alt/Menu) with nothing in-hand while descending a ladder.
100% repeatable.
Facing away from the ladder looking down, just in case it matters.
