[1.10.2] Infinite-loop Client freeze triggered by other mods

If you have JET and either InfoTooltip, Hwyla or Waila installed at the same time and then press CTRL (Maybe only when holding an item and/or facing a world block), In the case of InfoTooltip, a 2nd copy of it's tooltip appears to glitch around the screen, and eventually the client freezes up with this error spamming through the log, forcing you to End Task. Doesn't happen instantly, takes a second or so. Same occurs if Waila or Hwyla is installed. Probably other tooltip/jei related mods too.

Easily reproducable in these 3 different setups. but so far have been unable to repro without at least one of these three mods present.

InfoTooltip setup:

  • JEI 3.14.3.403
  • JustEnoughTooltips 2.1.39
  • InfoTooltip 1.0

Hwyla setup:

  • JEI 3.14.3.403
  • JustEnoughTooltips 2.1.39
  • Hwyla B23

Waila setup:

  • JEI 3.14.3.403
  • JustEnoughTooltips 2.1.39
  • Waila 1.7.0-B3
