Next Category and Switch Use/Recipe hotkeys do nothing for your held item when also focusing a world block/tile. Sneak still works to show the world object instead of your held item, and when sneaking, the secondary keys work again, but to use them on a held item (without sneak), you must look to the sky.

Also, if you look to the sky, then use the hotkeys to show for example Smelting (Oak Wood), and then move your crosshair over any world block, the JET display locks back on the initial recipe. (Logs > Planks)
