[Issue] Recipes dont show up in neither crafting book, nor R/JEI

Steps to reproduce the issue
- open world
- open rei
- see all hammers
- click on one
- no recipe
Description of the issue you are having
there seems to be no recipe for any the hammers.
jei only shows that they are enchantable, with no crafting recipe provided.
if this is intended, how is one supposed to obtain said hammers in survival mode?

This is the 2.0.3 version from curseforge found here https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/justhammers/files/4995650
the problem seems to have been a server discrepancy, the server had version 2.0.2, while client was running 2.0.3
