I've been looking all over and cant seem to find the recipe, for how to craft neither the cores or the hammers.

What minecraft version and are you using JEI, EMI, or REI?

I'm not familiar with those terms, however i am on a windows pc using the "feather client"

I went into creative mode, looked at the crafting table. Thats about it. I am playing on 1.21.4 on a hardcore world if that tells you anything about the version i am using?

More specific i am looking for how to craft the cores for the upgraded hammers

Do you know how to make or obtain the different cores?

Sorry, Just install JEI, then use JEI to search for the hammer components. Otherwise, look at the generated folder in fabric to see the json recipes
