Audio bug causes all audio on pc to become bass boosted

Steps to reproduce the issue
- Mine with destructor or reinforced impact hammer
- audio becomes quiet
- continue mining 3-4 more times immediately after
- audio becomes 10x louder than normal
Description of the issue you are having
I'm on a custom cobblemon modpack and when I use either the reinforced impact or destructor hammer all the sound, even the sounds not related to minecraft (discord voice chat, youtube videos, spotify etc.) becomes dampened and very low but if you continue breaking blocks the sound becomes incredibly ear-deafeningly boosted and starts shaking my headphones

Hmm, I'd assume this is because it's playing the breaksound so many times... Might have found an issue with Minecrafts sound engine 😂 I can look into this and reduce it for the larger hammers
I have exactly the same bug.
Version: just-hammers Forge 2.0.3+mc1.20.1
If you could make a patch to fix the problem in this version it would be perfect.
And if you can't find a solution to the problem, the fact that there's no noise when you break blocks would be a good alternative to that ear-bleeding noise😂.
