Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Open the game
2. use any hammer to mine blocks (with any cores added or absent, for all tools - iron, diamond, netherite, gold, stone, wood)
3. press the escape key --> statistics --> items --> scroll down to the block(s) you mined with the hammer
4. check if the number has increased proportionately to the amount of blocks mined with the hammer

Description of the issue you are having

The default statistics screen in Minecraft Java does not proportionately count blocks mined with the hammer when adding up cumulative quantities.
