Use any size/type/variation of hammer
Description of the issue you are having
when using any type of hammer the hammer ignores all non-stone type blocks. i recently updated from 1.21.1 to 1.21.5 and now the mod has changed or its a bug.
if you attempt a break a 3x3x1 section that has a mixture of stone and dirt it will ignore the dirt. defeating the whole purpose of a 3x3x1 breaking tool.
if this is a "fixed" feature can i suggest a config option/setting so the hammer break all blocks in 3x3x1 etc size and not just size. i understand that it'll only break individual blocks at pickaxe speeds but i still want an option to break all blocks in the 3x3x1.
