Issue description

Error code - Internal Exception java.lang.IndexOutOfBoundsException: Index: 16, Size: 16
this is the error players other then host get which disconnects them after few minutes of gameplay i tried running the mod seprately and its still giving this error not an issue with compatibility with other mods.to recreate the error after connecting on lan try spamming abilities in close proximity of another player.

2.8.3.1 has another error which is exception in server tick loop

How to reproduce this issue?
