KeybindsGalore just taped the specific keybind down, resulting some config GUI unable to Escape, leading to softlocking the game
To reproduce this issue

• Try a mod like Custom Crosshair Mod, which has a GUI may not depended in Mod Menu
• Install it with KeybindsGalore
• Purposely set a shortcut with a keybind that also the Crosshair Mod was having
• Try open the GUI and welcome to Softlock city

Simple way to reproduce is purposely bind Highlight players with whatever and execute the highlight, the glowing around the player will show forever, until you logout or change to a seperate keybind and press the new hotkey one time
