Kibe seems to disable Quantum suit's creative flight ability. Could maybe be related to the angel ring somehow, but I can't be sure.
Likely the same issue as in TechReborn/TechReborn#3159 (comment)

Steps to reproduce:
Install mods mentioned mods
Start any world and put on quantum armor set in survival
Try double tapping jump and only jump in midair instead of creative flight
