Some permission mods can't run on the client, with mods like Essential enabling multiplayer from a client host over the internet this is starting to become a problem

Config option to set the permission level for when a permission node check comes back as no result

Adding the ability to do this on a per-kit basis could work as well, but that's getting to a point where you probably want a permission managing mod anyway
