Player Roles is currently not compatible with claiming kits because it differs from LuckPerms. The permission level to use unpermitted kits is hard-coded to 4 which makes it impossible to grant players permission to use kits without also giving them OP permissions.

Describe the solution or feature you'd like.

Expand the config file with the ability to set 'required permission level' instead of it being 4 by default. This of course allows players with this permission level to use every kit, but it still offers more freedom for people who use Player Roles instead of LuckPerms.
