Sound from Klaxon Block stops after 16 blocks.

Klaxon Block needs to play out to 64 blocks; it only plays to 16.
Set off a Klaxon on a clock and back away more than 16 blocks; the subtitle stops appearing, sound shuts off.

Fixed; Apparantly you can increase the volume beyond 1.0 in the worldIn.playSound(); call to increase the range.
