I am new to curseforge and do not know how to download

You have to select your game version and mod loader in the filters (for example, 1.21.1 NeoForge) and click on the first file (the newest version). Then click the download button in the top right corner (You have to wait 5 seconds for the file to download). Then drag the file that you downloaded into your mods folder. Hope this helps!
