For both the Petal Apothecary and the Runic Altar, I would love to see the ability to modify the item used as a final reagent for recipes.
Just an extra argument to be able to swap the seeds in the Apothecary to, say, special modded seeds or to change the Livingrock used for the Runic Altar to a custom Blank Rune item.
