Add support for interacting with the player's mana and the transfer of mana between blocks.

Botania APIs are allowed in class filter in a recent (unpublished) update. You can turn off the class filter and use java() to call for botania mana API as a workaround for now.

I have no plan to add class bindings or wrappers for the Botania APIs yet, mainly because I'm still busy with my life and work.
