Could you get a minimal instance where this issue occurs?

All More Delight recipes seems to work for me in an instance with just kubejs delight, jei, emi, and more delight

Have you tried adjusting any recipes? The moment I adjust recipes with the mod, it seems to cause problems. If KubeJS isn't making any recipe adjustments, then the vanilla recipe loader seems to take charge, but the instant KubeJS needs to make adjustments, it seemingly overrides the base recipe loader, and that is when I start getting problems with FD related recipes. The only thing that seemingly fixes it, is disabling the mod entirely.

This seemingly isn't just a problem with more delight either. I'm having issues with collector's reap as well. Something about how recipes are being handled when KubeJS takes over is messing with these other mods.

I'm not sure either, but I tried removing a bunch of mods, all ones that I figured would have some kind of effect on the recipes, but nothing fixed the issue other than removing kubejs delight. So far through all of my testing. It is the only common denominator I can find. Bigger issue is that the logs really don't help with figuring out why this issue is happening in the first place, and what may be causing it, so it is all just guess work on my end.

I'll try

It works totally fine for me, I changed a recipe for omelette for some cooking recipe and it works just fine, doesn't mess with other recipes. Also tried removing recipes for it, but still - works fine. I'm honestly not sure how would kubejs delight affect every recipe from a certain addon - everything's just basic kubejs stuff, nothing special.

Try binary search: remove half of the mods and test, if it breaks - continue removing mods, if it works - add half of the removed mods back and test until you find the culprit. Knowing modded mc it can be the most random mods that are causing this lol
