Describe the feature/addition!

Energy conduits do not expose a buffer for attached blocks to insert into.
This is a feature seen in the 1.20.1 base energy conduits added by EnderIO itself, but is not present on the KJS conduits added by this mod.

Why would like to see this feature/addition?

Some blocks (Namely, GregTech EU<->RF converters) do not expose internal buffers either, and thus require a Capacitor Bank or other RF buffer to interact with Conduits since both the Conduit and the attached block expect to manipulate the other blocks' buffer, without exposing any buffer of their own.
