Describe the feature

Forge version has custom fluid feature but Fabric don’t.
I know they have different API but it’s a very useful and important feature for kubejs.

It's much easier on Forge, it has a helper classes for it and it modifies buckets and other things to work better with modded fluids. Its definitely something I will attempt at some point but not right now
