Staging a recipe makes the recipe craftable as a shapeless recipe with a Create Mixer

Describe your issue
I have both a shaped and a shapeless recipe staged behind two different stages. Issue is that I can craft these recipes in a Create Mixer as a shapeless recipe.
This issue only occurs when the recipe itself is staged. Otherwise, it works as intended.

The mixer recipe in game (This is not just JEI messing it up, it's actually craftable like this and as a side note: if the shaped recipe has an empty slot, it will require it in the mixer recipe):
