Support KubeJS for Fabric on 1.20.4

Additional info

A decent few people use 1.20.4 for making modpacks on Fabric, but there isn't a version for it.
Git commit history on the 2004 branch shows removal of support even though modpack makers like myself use KubeJS on Fabric.

Forge and fabric support have been dropped at last year, kjs will be neoforge only past 1.20.2
