An event that fires when the player respawns

You can already use the forge repsawn event if on forge, but its not the best and can be annoyivg to work with (like all forge events)
It would also make that available on fabric.

Architectury seems to have a player respawn event dev.architectury.event.events.common.PlayerEvent.PlayerRespawn so this shouldn't be too hard.
