Like the current JEI and REI integration, but for EMI

I'd like to take this one step further and propose a general abstraction over the "simpler" recipe viewer events (i.e. hiding and adding entries at runtime) eventually, since both our JEI and REI integrations right now are... a bit subpar from what I'd want them to be. Until then, I definitely have nothing against maintaining any sort of EMI integration added to KubeJS until then, though I'd like to ask someone with a bit more experience with the mod to handle the task of writing the initial integration maybe, since the JEI integration is already... pretty messy, and shedaniel was responsible for writing the initial REI plugin that we have basically just iterated on since
