Random Recipe Deactivation in previously working JS Files

Kube JS Recipes seem to randomly not load at all .
Recipes that previously did work randomly stop working and even which server scripts load itself is highly variable
It shows 0 warnings and zero errorrs
But the files that show that they loaded in 0.0 seconds dont actually load
